Customer Forums Two and Three Gas Networks 2050

On Tuesday June 13 and Sunday June 23 we held our second and third Gas Networks 2050 Customer Forums online.

Our first Customer Forum was held in November last year so time was spent in Customer Forum Two, recapping who Jemena are, what a Regulatory reset is and some of the topics from Customer Forum one. This Forum was attended by 43 participants.

Participants asked questions around customer bills, price of gas and the importance of ongoing gas supply.

The third forum’s purpose was for the group to find out more about the energy transition and the impact on customers by hearing from and asking questions of our external experts.

Our Gas Networks 2050 engagement program seeks to understand the needs, views, and preferences of our customers to shape the future of gas, together.
