Your voice is important to us

Our company name, Jemena, is an Aboriginal word. It means "to hear, listen and think".

We know that using gas is a choice for our customers, so understanding your energy requirements drives how we operate the gas network and deliver our service.

The video on the right demonstrates one of the ways in which we are listening to our customers feedback, taken from a customer forum in 2017, in Dubbo,NSW.


Our prices are regulated

What we charge for our service is regulated by the Australian Energy Regulator (AER).

Every five years, Jemena, along with most other gas network providers, is required by the AER to review and submit a new customer gas pricing and services plan. The next plan is for the years 2020-2025 and will outline our service and pricing for that 5 year period. Our draft plan will be published here in early February 2019.

To develop our 2020-2025 plan, we have been talking to customers like you to ensure we continue to deliver the service that our customers need and expect.
